Windows programs that do a rudimentary job of tuning and may or may not offer extra. You can shift a radio broadcast at any moment in any direction 31-band equalizer, MP3-recording and even more. ![]() Radio SHARK (and later the Radio SHARK 2) that was a USB AM/FM tuner with Mac/Windows. Theres no real point in sending audio over a digital connection. #RADIOSHARK WINDOWS 7 NO SOUND TV#Also, they don't tune those inputs - you have to fire up that Sirius stream and pick the channel, all they do is record what's going on.Ī quick google of 'record sirius stream' turns up a few links, including this one which looks promising: this seems to be some app which is an amalgam of the two behaviors. Or maybe a TV tuner that can pull in FM radio because, why not. The downside is they record EVERYTHING, including any other goofy noises your computer might make along the way (say, your mail client shrieking YOU'VE GOT MAIL). The upside of them is they'll record ANYTHING. That might be a stream, a CD playing back, system noises when you click the wrong thing, you beat-boxing into a microphone into the back of your computer - whatever. No registered players needed to see what is available to stream, but this will NOT play streams on your computer. ![]() Those applications work by simply recording what your computer is pushing out of the sound card. Also, create a free account, then go to > Remote Control > Internet Radio > Local Or try the Search feature and/or World > City under Internet Radio. The only way to sync it back up is to unplug the Shark and start again, but in the process, listeners lose all their scheduling information. You can use Total Recorder or the free (but notably more ghetto) alternative, SoundCapture. Specifically, if you let your computer drift off to sleep, the RadioShark responds by disconnecting from the software. StreamRipper opens a web connection using a public and open protocol and records that stuff that's not what you need. We are in no way affiliated with Griffon Technology, we just want an opensource client, and the ability to run radioSHARK through Winamp or XMMS. You clearly need something that will either record from the line in or record from that stream. OpenSHARK is a freeware, opensource client for the radioSHARK usb radio by Griffon Technology. If you want to record Morning Junkie GirlTalkFest on 99.9 in the AM then that's what you want. Radio Shark is a USB device that is just a terrestrial radio. ![]()
